What stays on your device

Your progress, stars and settings (language and sound) are stored only on your device, in the operating system's standard storage. We run no server and receive none of this data. Deleting the game deletes it.

Purchases

The "Full Game" purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Your payment details never reach us; the game only learns from Apple whether the purchase is active on your Apple Account — including when it is shared with you through Family Sharing. Apple's privacy policy applies to this processing.

No ads, no analytics, no tracking

The game contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting tools of our own and no third-party code that collects data. It does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across apps or websites. It needs no internet connection; only buying or restoring the purchase talks to Apple.

If you email us

If you write to destek@towerwarden.com, we use your email address and message only to answer you — never for advertising — and share them with no one. We delete them when they are no longer needed for your request. Legal basis (EU/EEA): our legitimate interest in answering your request, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Children

The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. The only personal data we can hold is an email you send us. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
